Of course, coming to see the school and meeting the scholars and staff is by far the best way of knowing whether Wembley will be the right place for your child, and we would be delighted to arrange a visit.

Applying through ADAM
Welcome to ADAM!
Logging into ADAM for the first time
Before you begin:

You must know your South African ID number or your passport number, as captured on the ADAM database.

You must also have access to an email address that is entered against your name in the database. Part of the process will involve ADAM sending a confirmation link to your email address for verification. The process of verifying the email link must be done within two hours of starting.
You will be required to fill in details pertaining to the student, in order to start with the admission process.

Follow the steps below to apply to Wembley College:

STEP 1​
Complete Application Documents​
Kindly ensure that all application forms are duly completed and submitted. These forms can be downloaded from the links provided above. In addition, please include all supporting annexures and proof of payment for the application fee.

(both parents ID’s, birth certificate, medical aid certificate and previous school report)
*incomplete applications may lead to delay in the process of your child's application

STEP 2​
Credit Check​
A credit check will be conducted for each applicant, depending on the outcome of the credit check, the tentative student will be invited to completed assessments

STEP 3
​Scholar Assessment
​Each new applicant entering the Middle or High School will write an entrance test. This test assesses whether the applicant's language and mathematical skills are sufficient to benefit from the academic program offered at Wembley. All prospective scholars and their parents are interviewed. Junior School applicants are interviewed by members of the Junior Primary staff, while all other applicants are interviewed by the headmaster.

STEP 4​
Acceptance/Rejected letter
After the interview/assessments, Wembley will inform prospective parents via e-mail of the interview outcome. Successful applicants will receive a clothing list, stationery list, book list and other correspondence via e-mail. Telephonic contact by the relevant Head of Department will be made with each successful applicant.
